Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay.

Nächtliche Odyssee und mangelhafte Zustände – Nicht zu empfehlen Ich kann von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel leider nur dringend abraten. Was als unkomplizierter Check-in versprochen wurde, endete in einem 45-minütigen nächtlichen Fiasko. Der Check-in: Ein Sicherheits- und Organisations-GAU Obwohl uns im Vorfeld ein einfacher Check-in zugesichert wurde, standen wir nachts vor verschlossenen Türen. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Der Check-in-Automat verlangte eine Reservierungsnummer, die uns vorab nie mitgeteilt wurde. Nur durch eine Sicherheitslücke gelangten wir überhaupt ins Foyer. Da niemand erreichbar war, mussten wir uns schließlich selbst helfen: Da der Rechner an der Rezeption nicht gesperrt war, konnten wir im Buchungsprogramm des Hotels unsere eigene Nummer heraussuchen, um überhaupt eine Zimmerkarte vom Automaten zu erhalten. Ein untragbarer Zustand in puncto Sicherheit und Datenschutz. Zimmerzustand (Zimmer 105) Als wir um 01:00 Uhr morgens endlich im Zimmer waren, folgte die nächste Enttäuschung: Es tropfte massiv von der Zimmerdecke. Nach dem ganzen Stress am Eingang war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Frühstück Auch das Frühstück konnte den Aufenthalt nicht mehr retten. Die Auswahl war äußerst dürftig und entsprach in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man erwarten darf. Fazit: Mangelhafte Kommunikation, gravierende Sicherheitsmängel am Empfang und ein Zimmer mit Wasserschaden. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und der Service absolut nicht.
