Otel çok güzel temiz otantik çalışanlar yardımcı güleryüzlü tek sorun aracınızı otelin bulunduğu yere getiremiyorsunuz sokaklar çok dar yakında otopark mevcut ama pahalı sağolsun biz belediye nin yerine arabamızı koyduk otel yetkilidi kendi arabalarıyla eşyalarımızı alıp geldi sorunsuz kaldık teşekkürler

Konumu Balıklıgöl, Müzeler ve tarihi çarşıları gezmek için ideal. Hepsine yürüme mesafesinde. Bölge butik oteller bölgesi. Otel yeni ve bakımlı. Odalar çok şık dekore edilmiş. Tarihi dokuyu yansıtıyor ve temiz. Cumartesi akşamları canlı müzik yapılan popüler bir terası da mevcut. Personel son derece nazik ve yardımsever. Eski konaklar bölgesi olduğu için aracınızla sokağa giriş yapamıyorsunuz. Dar sokaklar. Ama gelip sizi ana yoldan alacak kadar da düşünceliler. Son derece memnun kaldım. Eşimle tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz

Calisanlar cok sicaktilar, her konuda yardimci oldular. Odalar ve cevre tertemizde. Cok huzurlu bir ortam. Hayvansever olmalari ve bir suru kediye bakmalari arti puan oldu benim icin. Cok cesitli muthis bir serpme kahvalti ikramlari var. Lokasyon cok iyi, merkeze, carsiya, balikligol ve arkeoloji muzesine yurume mesafesinde. Tarihi ara sokaklarin arasinda hos bir yerde.

İyi bir tercih..

Otel yeni olmasına rağmen hizmeti gayet iyi personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Güzel dekor edilmiş odalar ve ortak alanlar temizdi. Şehrin gezilebilecek lokasyonlarına da yakın. Çok içten söylüyorum mutlaka etrafımdaki kişilere tavsiye edeceğim ve tekrar gidince kalacağım bir otel. Teşekkür ederim.

For value for money, one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Well-kept inside and out, immersed in a magical atmosphere just a few steps from the center of Sanliurfa.
