Die Zimmer waren wunderschön. In der Lobby konnte man schöne Gespräche führen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle in Fußnähe erreichbar.

Resepsiyonda Aydın Bey bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Bizi hamamlı odada ağırladı ve odayı çok beğendik. Sıra gecesi opsiyonu da sundu ama biz istemedik. Otel genel olarak gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Açık büfe kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Urfa’ya tekrar gelirsek kalacağımız yer belli!

Fiyat performans oteli. Konumu merkezi. Yürüyerek merkeze ulaşıyorsunuz. Şehirden kaynaklı olarak otopark sorunu var. Aracınızı park edecek bir yer bulamazsanız otel ile iletişime geçerseniz yakın konumda anlaşmalı otopark için yardımcı oluyorlar. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular. Cana yakınlar. Taşların arasında ara ara toz, sıva parçaları düşüyor. Çok hassasiyetiniz yoksa rahatsız etmiyor. Kahvaltı kalitesi yükseltilebilir.

Eşim ve kızımla konakladık, çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililer. Tertemizdi, bizim için her şey düşünülmüş. Kahvaltısıda yeterliydi. Çok memnun kaldık. Aralık 2024’te Urfa’da 2 gece konakladık. Bizi çok güzel ağırladılar, hava oldukça soğuktu ancak gelmeden önce odamızı ısıtmışlardı. Avlusu çok güzel, çay ikramları da var. Gelmeden önce bizi arayıp ne zaman geleceğimizi ve sıra gecesi isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, sadece kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir ve temizlik konusunda biraz daha özen gösterilebilir.

Bizzat kendim konaklamadım annem ile babam için bi tatil planıydı onlardan aldığım geri dönüşleri iletiyorum, son derece memnun kaldıklarını ve otelin gerek çalışanlarının gerek normal otel işleyişinin çok misafirperver ve aile gibi hissettirdiklerini dile getirdiler . Odaların fotoğraflar dakinden daha büyük ve çok muazzam bir ambians ı olduğunu dile getirdiler . Hizmetlerinden dolayı karagül çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Otantik otel,,,yetkililer saygılı,görünüm temiz gibi ancak oldukça basık bir yer…avluya bakan odalardan birinde eşimle kaldık,pencere açacak ortam yok doğal olarak içerisi havasız.Gece gelen misafirler açılan kapı ,konuşmalar,kahvaltı eden misafirlerin sohbetleri doğal olarak odalardan duyuluyor…Kahvaltıda herhangi bir yeşillik yok (marul,maydonoz)herhangi bir yeşillik aradım…Aynı ortamda mutlu olarak konaklıyanlar olabilir kötü demiyorum ancak benim tarzım değil,Daha aydınlık ve gürültüsüz bir yer tercih ederdim…Tabii ki Fiat çok makul…
