"Staff was nice but the rooms were outdated and smelled like mildew. The property was clean and they were doing the upkeep everywhere you walked but the rooms didn’t match the the quality of care they gave the property. The shower also had this big rock type thing where I kept hitting my head and it was confusing why it was even there. Good thing I only stayed 1 night because I would’ve changed hotels if I was there longer."

"This is a great and reasonably priced hotel. The rooms have everything you need, the pool area is lovely and quiet, there was a great variety for breakfast and the bar food at lunch was very reasonably priced. The staff were polite and helpful in dealing with questions and recommending local amenities. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Überall ist es sauber. Zimmer waren schön groß, jedoch etwas hellhörig, was aber ein allgemeines Problem in allem Hotels ist. Preis-Leistung war auf jeden Fall super. Einzig das Essen am Buffet hatte noch etwas Luft nach oben."

"The room was ok but definitely not the same as the upgraded ones in the photos so worth noting that not all have been modernised The pools were great The all inclusive food was probably not worth it to be honest as not the best quality. For most of the things at the pool bar you had to pay extra for them on top of the all inclusive. All inclusive drinks were great though!"

"A five-star experience in a three-star hotel! We were genuinely impressed with our stay at Hotel Tropical. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was outstanding, with plenty of choice and excellent quality food.
