"Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c). Breakfast was served at the lodge every morning, and we had a wide variety of food, all cooked and prepared to perfection. "Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"

"This place offers stunning views over the landscapes below Etna. The rooms feel luxurious, clean, modern and you can tell they thought of every detail in the room. We only stayed one night which was not enough, next time we are staying way longer. This place is great if you want quiet luxury and a base to explore Catania and the many winieries around Etna. A place to take it slow and enjoy the views and the food."

"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"It’s a beautiful small property with a very cool design. Fairly rustic though and with a bit of a farmhouse feel and therefore maybe not for everyone. Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. "The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."
