"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"It was a great stay. I had some reservations because of some Google reviews I had seen. Tell them the time you will be there to get the keys and show up at that time. Pretty simple. The bad reviews were from people who had told them a time and didn’t show. "

"Très bon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein centre de Verone ce qui était très pratique avec les enfants. La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible...
