"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"We had an amazing stay at Piccole Donne. Titti has the unit beautifully decorated and well stocked. She is exceedingly nice and very responsive to text if we had any questions. She even had a map of good restaurants and places to visit readily available. We would love to come back. " Naples is a fun, lively city and the Una hotel was full of Italian delights! Room overlooking the square, walking distance to historical district . Being across the street from the train station was a great landmark when getting lost in the wonders of Naples. Did I mention the fantastic rooftop restaurant with the best breakfast buffet? "The hotel and hotel staff were outstanding; modern, clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. We had difficulty finding the entrance when we first arrived, but the front desk staff came out to show us the way in. You enter the hotel through a small alley that seemed a bit rough at first, but we had no problems at all while we were there. It has easy access to taxis and public transportation."

"Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!"

"We wanted to stay for a night before flying out. Rather than staying at a dull Holiday Inn, decided to go for Le Stanza Principe and were wonderfully delighted. That just extended our vacation by an evening and a night. Everything is nearby and very convenient. The host was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. It's a beautiful place and highly recommended for your stay."
