"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "Very clean and nice breakfast bar spread. The patio is lovely to sit out on and take in the city. There are restaurants right outside the door and the metro and train station minutes away. You are in the heart of the bustling city so it is understandably noisy. Alfredo was very kind as he met us at the door and help with our luggage up to the floor. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. Overall a good experience for the one night we stayed. "
