"Room was clean. We paid for a room with air conditioning but it simply did not work at all. Both of the nights that we stayed there the room was over 26 degrees at night which made it almost impossible to sleep. Went to the reception staff multiple times but once they seen that it was blowing air ..."

"We booked a quadruple room for 2 nights. When we arrived the young girl at the front desk checked us in and handed us the key. She didn't seem to speak any language, Italian or English! When we got to the room it had ONE bed! When we got back to the reception a guy told us that the shower is broken ..."
