"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"The hotel itself is nice although quite on the outside of Venice. You need to take a water bus to get into the city (takes ~40 minutes to St. Marks square). The check in lady was also super nice. The reason I am giving the hotel a bad review is that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Despite repeated attempts by the front desk to fix this at night, nothing worked and it ended up reaching nearly 80 degrees F inside overnight, all night, making it hard to sleep. "The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine."
