"We loved our room #123. Fantastic room with balcony and great view. Staff was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything. Our only regret was that we only stayed for one night because we were going on cruise the next day. We would have been extremely happy to stay at this hotel for the week. When we come back to Venice, this is the hotel we will try to stay at. We really appreciated the wonderful staff. Hope to see you again. Absolutely recommending this hotel....

"Super hotel"

"Hotel was conveniently located with many entrances. Staff was great as well. Upkeep was also good. My main complaints: my room had a mosquito problem I did not realize until the last day. I wish the rooms just had mosquito traps / repellents (vapes) up front. Also, the housekeeping did not come at all one day. On another day, they came at 8:30 AM which was bizarre. It was nice though that it seemed that they did clean the room multiple times in a day sometimes."

"The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport."
