"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...

"The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again."

Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . "We found this place on the road after out itinerary changed. Pierolucca could not have been a warmer or more welcoming host. He was lovely. The rooms were basic but clean. 400 meters from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful if you have a sweet tooth and like homemade baked goods"

"First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer. "
