Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. Very good property on the banks of one of the canals. Easy to get to from the airport (via water taxi). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great location to walk around Venice and get to the train station to leave.

Exceptionally easy to get to from Rialto bridge. Its central location was ideal for a short walk to many places not least the Rialto and St Marks square, with plenty of places to eat and drink equally accessible. We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. Perfectly situated for easy walking to St Marco's, Rialto and Fondamente Nove. A very good standard of service and furnishings, with a very adequate breakfast buffet to last most of the day! Friendy helpful staff.

We stayed here first week in June 2014 for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Hotel was fantastic. A beautiful setting away from busy Venice. Train station only about a 20 minute walk from hotel and journey takes about 25mins to get to Venice. Hotel offers a taxi service to and from train station and also airport. Staff were extremely helpful. You also have a use of free bikes to cycle around the town. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff are very friendly and polite.. The placement of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quiet peaceful street, the hotel also gave us all the information we needed and arranged a free tour of the glass factory with free transportation! The hotel and gorgeous food and cocktails, the room was stunning and very comfortable I would deffinatly stay there again!

Our first time in Venice, and we found this hotel was ideal, situated across the road from the water transport hub. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was of good quality, and the hotel was clean throughout.

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..

It is ideally situated not far from the train, bus, and water taxi stations but far enough away for a quiet, and peaceful stay. Staff friendly and Breakfast very good. We kept away from the tourist spots at night when looking for an evening meal. We walked around the back streets near by where we found numerous nice places to eat.
