Knott's Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at the Knott’s Hotel in Anaheim was genuinely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. The property has a welcoming, family‑friendly atmosphere, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and upbeat — the kind of service that makes you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was the pool area, which is beautifully maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. We especially appreciated the splash pad, a thoughtful touch for small children who aren’t ready for full swimming yet. It made the space feel inclusive for families with kids of all ages and gave little ones a safe place to play. Another pleasant surprise was the parking fee. At $25 per night, it’s noticeably lower than several comparable hotels in the area, which made the stay feel like an even better value. They will schedule a shuttle to Disneyland if you are going and we highly recommend. The only drawback — and it’s minor in the grand scheme — is that the walls are a bit thin. We could hear a baby crying for a few hours one night, which wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t overshadow the overall comfort and quality of the stay. Despite that small issue, the Knott’s Hotel delivered a delightful experience. Clean rooms, great amenities, friendly staff, and family‑centered features it’s great."

Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection
8/10 Good
"Great proximity to the parks. Rooms good, clean and had everything I needed. Requested housekeeping for each day in advance and it was great! I did notice that the lobby and common areas felt really run down and not very clean. Rooms felt much better taken care of, so I guess I can't really complain too much! Also, there were three elevators but they were really slow and took a long time to get. Would recommend to families who want to be close to the parks at a good value."
