Hotel Best Western di Santa Ana

"Nice staff, clean and nice hotel, good breakfast. There was a slight issue with the WiFi not working, but I hesitated to tell them (told them the next day and they fixed the problem right away). I loved my room, it was so spacious: loved the wet bar & the big soaking tub. Didn’t get to try the hot tub, bc I have a severe sunburn/second degree burn that is healing.. but I could see the jets work well and it has more room than other hotel hot tubs. "Loved our stay.the staff was very friendly and kind. Always a great smile. We stayed in room 209 our only complaint was that the toilet was too low, my husband is 6’ 6” and blind and had a hard time"

"The property is currently being renovated. The room was large and comfortable with a small balcony but it could benefit from new furniture and brighter paint. The night manager was extremely helpful and the breakfast selection was excellent."

"We were in town for a sporting event at Cerritos College. Best Western was in a very convenient location to the college and to the freeways. There are lots of restaurants all around. We enjoyed the pool area every evening - it was simple but a nice little oasis. Breakfast was great - several options to fill us up in the morning. The rooms were a good size, clean, and cool in the summer. Quite a bit of road noise (but not loud enough to disturb sleep)... can't help that given the urban location....

"The rooms are very clean and updated. Plenty of parking and very nice staff. I didn’t partake in breakfast, so I can’t rate that experience. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were too hard. I will definitely stay again but I will bring my own pillows if I can."
