"Expedia did an horrible job. We came to check in and all of my reservations were wrong. I reserved two rooms with breakfast included and they said that I only paid for two people breakfast. Thanks the staff that was very helpful and everything works out "

"The hotel and room were average amenities as expected. However the property and rooms were poorly cleaned which was unfortunate. "

"Showed up and they put us in a basic room when we had booked a suite. Then when we addressed it with Hotels.com they told them that we had a comparable room and only offered $20 refund ( when the difference in price was about $80). And the room didn’t have a separate sitting area and pull out bed. It was a clean hotel though, close to the airport with a shuttle, and attached to a large mall (convenient for food/shopping). Good place to stay for the night before flying out of SJO. "

"Ten miles from the airport means a long (over one hour when we arrived and twenty-three minutes on return), and expensive($40 from airport and $30 returning). There is NO shuttle as advertised. Breakfast was a simple but tasty buffet that was included with our booking."
