Hotel Santa Barbara
Our room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The only concern was that this hotel is located on a popular street and next to a night club. Although our room was on the quiet side, we still could hear the music on Thursday night.

Hyatt Place Santa Barbara
Staff was very standoffish. Bathroom was dirty. Generally not my usual experience with Hyatt as I am usually a frequent Hyatt user. Also extremely noisy throughout the day.

Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
amenities nonexistent. staff rude about those unavailable amenities. after all these years, i will never use expedia again, customer service is a automated joke. i will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it.
