"This is a very old, poorly maintained property. The bathrooms were dingy, the furniture looked worn and unclean, and even the telephone in the room was dirty. My sister's room had a strong sulfur smell, and our room had an unpleasant odor as well, although I couldn't identify exactly what it was. ..."
