"This is an older hotel, there is a lot of wear and tear. The doors face outside so it’s loud you will hear cars and people. That’s a given. With that being said it’s clean it’s comfortable everything in our room worked. Shower, toilet, microwave, refrigerator ac unit. Clean sheets clean pillows and clean towels. No bed bugs because other reviews mentioned them and I checked. I stayed for two nights and it was adorable. The breakfast is basic, coffee, bagels, cereal, juice. It’s a simple affordable clean hotel. Would be ok staying again. "

"This place was out of control. The poor staff was overwhelmed and had little control or insight over the place, which led to poor service. "

"There was no management staff available in person—everything was handled through apps and text messages, which made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. The only staff I encountered on-site were janitorial and groundskeeping workers. The pool was small and NOT HEATED, making it too cold to use. As a result, around 20 guests—including children—were crowded into a small jacuzzi (maximum 6 persons), which felt uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Overall, this was very disappointing for a so-called luxury resort. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay with Hilton again."

"We stayed in the new North wing and it was fantastic. Everything was beautifully appointed, quiet and convenient to the both the beach and shops. There is a nice small gift shop with exactly what we needed and very reasonable prices. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here! "

"Our room had foul smell when first entering. The carpet is separating right as you walk in the room. The pictures online are not reflective of the room we received #27. It was also located on the third level causing us to carry our luggage even further. I will not be staying here again. "
