"A beautiful well maintained property for my visit to Santa Barbara. Within walking distance to Funk Zone, State street, wharf , restaurants and beach. Staff were cheerful and helpful upon arrival. They offered a happy hour and a nice small continental style breakfast. The pool was heated which was nice since the temps were on the chilly side for myself. In room safe, ironing board, fridge and we even had robe's. I highly recommend staying here."

"Our room was next to the elevators and stairs and it was extremely loud. On top of that some guests were being very loud running around, yelling, talking loud in the hallway until about 1am and that was so disturbing,that we barely got any sleep. Very disappointed to pay over $300 for 1 night and get no rest!"

"It was a nice stay, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I went on a night when the price was quite high - supply and demand - but during normal time bang for the buck is fantastic. Room was gorgeous and clean. No lotion in the room was a surprise. But all in all a fantastic place one block from the ocean. Super fun"
