"The Mar Monte Hotel team provided me with an excellent customer experience. I was able to check in about an hour early, and enjoyed every minute of my stay. My room door was left open by housekeeping on my one full day; nothing was missing but I reported it to the front desk team as an fyi and they were incredibly gracious and accountable. Honestly, the accountability was impressive and ultimately why I would recommend Mar Monte Hotel to anyone looking for a beachside stay in Santa Barbara. Yes, the location is convenient and the amenities are lovely. That was my draw; but I will return because I trust the team."
