Atendimento maravilhoso. Quarto limpo, espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro e banheira ótimos. A pousada tem um espaço externo incrível, excelente pra quem vai viajar com a família toda e com crianças. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas o que tinha estava muito gostoso.

Caríssimo, não vale o preço! Propaganda enganosa!

Ao chegar esperamos um tempão para ser atendidos, não teve check-in, só entregaram a chave, queriam cobrar uma taxa extra. Quarto precisando de manutenção, as fotos provavelmente da época que fizeram as instalações. A banheira ficou um tempão pra encher, saindo pouca água e só morna.

Tem muito o que melhorar

Achei o quarto a desejar pelo valor pago por duas diarias. Dizem ter reformado o quarto mas a banheira é velha, com rachaduras e a agua nao esquenta. Chuveiro velho com pouca agua e fria. Banheiro sem janelas. Cafe da manhã simples que as sobras ficam expostas no restaurante pelo dia inteiro, sem reposições no dia seguinte e falta de placas com nome dos alimentos. Achei que deveria ter o serviço de alimentação mais claro, pois mostram o cardapio porém não tinha nada disponível, tivemos que pedir na rua. O atendimento é bom, mas os donos ficam soltos pela propriedade, temos que ficar procurando para buscar atendimento

Excelente estrutura mas precisa melhorar o serviço

A proprietária possui ótimas instalações e um grande potencial, mas como fazem Day user também no espaço, a operação ficam confusas. Os preços dos alimentos são caros e não há diferença entre quem paga uma diária de hospedagem ou valor menor para o Day User. Os alimentos do bar não são de boa qualidade, pedi uma porção de batata, e tudo indica que a batata frita tinha passado pelo segundo processo de fritura. O melhor de tudo fica com a infraestrutura e a cordialidade do casal proprietário.

muito bom recomendo.

Gostei muito atendimento muito bom, o Sr. Roberto muito simpático e prestativo, porém sugiro alguns melhoras, como colocar cabeceira de cama, espelho grande nos quartos e uma pequena mesa e cadeira no quarto, mas o proprietário está assumindo agora, acho que essas melhorias viram futuramente, mas recomendo muito.

Amamos a pousada e a hospitalidade dos donos, que nos receberam como se fôssemos amigos. Experiência agradável! Os funcionários são muito receptivos e solicitos. O café da manhã foi impecável e pontual em todos os dias! A localização da pousada é muito boa! Próxima a restaurantes e de fácil acesso ao parque da Caraça. Porém, apenas uma das piscinas estava funcionando (o restante estava em manutenção). Os quartos estavam com um leve cheiro de mofo. Recomendo!
