10/10 Excellent
"We had a good experience staying here. Rooms were clean and updated. Only coffee was served in the morning. We had to request an iron/ironing board. Blanket could have been a little thicker. Room was a bit small. Otherwise everything was functional. We’d stay here again."

"Very good location. On site parking. I loved having the kitchen. Best TV with easy streaming."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. But sadly, that does not change the fact that this property is not is good shape. No AC! And that is not something that is directly stated when booking. When we arrived we were given a room that was uncomfortably hot and no ocean view (which is what we paid for). I was told they didn’t have another room. 5 minutes later they had a room with an ocean view and cooler. During our entire stay there was a person working on repairing something…clearly they were giving us a bad room and waiting to see if we complained The breakfast, if you call it , that was weak and really served no purpose. The bathroom door does not open all the way, the door gets stuck when you close it and the restroom is the size of a closet with an annoyingly loud fan that does not actually work at all. Also, zero water pressure in the shower and sink. The bed was old and felt like a college dorm bed. If we wanted a breeze our windows had to be totally open and that means no privacy. The pillows were the size of throw pillows. The pool was clean but the ladder is unsafe and the furniture is just worn and raggedy. I would not recommend this hotel at anyone who values a nice room to relax in while on vacation. If I could give this property a zero star rating I would. The owner really needs to improve this property for the price they charge. "

"The property was super modern — sadly the AC was not working properly so I got offer some discount. It works because I only stay for a day but my friends had two nights of that. Not fun in the summer. But we spent most of our day out, and used bicycle from the hotel which was fun. Location is excellent. And a nice bar on site. Will return if the AC is fixed. Since it’s a boutique hotel — no other amenities offered."

"Great stay. Too many extra little things to list, but it all adds up. One that helped us was each floor has water station. Choice of filtered water or soda water on tap. Plus ziplock bags of ice. Room very nice. Rear of building important fo"
