While the front desk employees were helpful, the condition of our room was terrible. In fact, we killed multiple small roaches—one was on my son's bed; the others were in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the rest of the furniture was run down.

Remodeling going underway, not a problem for most part. Biggest suggestion is cleaning the carpet. I think some of them probably need cleaning unless they are brand new Overall, good location for our purpose, price reasonable and accomodation very clean and satisfactory for age

Although the room was in better shape than I expected, there is a reason this was the cheapest room available in the area. Had a hard time getting the faucet to shut off completely, it may need new washer. WiFi was subject to slowdowns which made it unsuitable for videoconferencing. Location right on the Lawrence Expressway is pretty noisy. "Free breakfast" wasn't worth the walk down to the lobby in the morning. There are good restaurants close by though, GIWA is awesome for brunch!

Found a couple of little friends in the room. One in the bathroom and one on the bed spread. Air conditioning works great. The pool could use some cleaning in order for guests to use.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We were able to park near the room and the location of the hotel was close to a lot of great businesses. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future and highly recommend.

This property gets the job done in a clean, quiet manner. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are older but are well maintained, bug free, and cared for. The breakfast is grab and go back to your room and has basic prepackaged food items that take the edge off.

The location is great, with an abundance of restaurants to choose from. In the room, the bed was decent but had 2 roaches cross the floor, fridge froze everything even at lowest setting. Outlet next to microwave was not functional, had to reroute to another outlet. AC is located too high on the wall to adjust if even possible and no thermostat on wall. Luckily temp outside was mild enough so temp was fine. It was tolerable for a 2 night stay.

My room was clean. The pool is nasty. The breakfast they offered was OK but the coffee was horrible. Good deal on the price and location was good. I would recommend, but don’t expect a clean pool.

Parking ok though to get from parking to the room you had to pass through rocks which is a little bit of a problem for someone who has a bad knee. I would of liked if it was just concrete, flat and smooth. Staff are friendly and room was clean.
