"It was a good experience, rooms are small but me and my partner didn’t mind so much we went out for a birthday weekend. However if you are a night sweater I believe the property has the temperature on a lock set I was trying everything to make it colder in our room but when I would drop the temperature it never went down and stayed neutral. Also when we were trying to watch our show on the TV it kept kicking us off after awhile multiple times. We did call the front desk and they mentioned something about updates and even offered to come up and take a look, I did love that they answered super late at night but politely declined the offer and just called it a night lol. Overall it was a good experience just not sure id book again, there is also a parking garage a block away they will tell you where if you ask."

"Loved the feeling of an older motel that has been very well maintained. Bathroom fixtures are still the solid old chrome, not the cheap new fixtures used today. The room size was amazing. Also appreciated the free coffee maker, tea and water in the room. The bed mattress was also very nice. The people at the front desk were really exceptionally helpful when I learned the airport shuttle doesn't start until 6 AM. My flight was to depart at 5:30 AM. They arranged a taxi. The night I spent there was very quiet but since it is an older motel with a lot less modern sound proofing, I could see a bit of noise if others were loud or had noisy kids. All in all, I'd definitely go back. The sunset over the bay was beautiful."

"I am sure we probably got one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel as the view was of the mechanical equipment and roof outside and the beds were 2 twins. We had reserved a better room but we arrived early and staff allowed us to check in early to Room 208. Still, it was wonderful. It is clear that whoever planned out the amenities and presentation was a woman as everything was so thoughtfully done. From the fresh baked cookies, water cooler and high scale coffee preparation machine in the lobby to the Qtips/cotton balls and pillow selection menu, everything was done exceptionally well. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well organized. I was impressed that the AED machine was visible in the lobby right at the elevator/stair entrance. The cable car stop was right outside, the subway was about a block and a half away and everything went wonderfully."
