"There are many reasons to stay at the Sonesta, but the #1 reason was the staff. Professional, helpfuly, responsive, etc. It didn't matter what time I was passing through the lobby, the people at the front desk were super helpful. I trust the owners know that and keep them well-compensated. It's what makes many people return. Other things that were great was the location, the amenities and the rooms themselves. The only thing I gave a lower score on was the property itself. There have been solid refurbishments but it's age is showing and there are obvious things that could be done to improve it's overall appearance. However, overall, the stay was defenitely great value (and comfort) and perfectly located. I will be returning."
