Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Santa Cruz

"The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, too! We really enjoyed our stay. ❤️"

"A-Plus!"

"The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!"

"The staff was very kind. I also liked the shuttle service to the airport… very convenient. The hotel is in good shape and I found it clean. If I have another layover in Cebu, I’d definitely keep this hotel on my radar!"

"Dirty, elevator not working properly, staff & security acting like owner of the Hotel, location lots hooker and addicts, rooms needs major renovations and needs sanitation too lots cockroaches"

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own...

"Much worse experience than before. This time I payed extra to stay in the penthouse . Unfortunately the air conditioning cooled one room only, the rooms were not very clean and there were no curtains on the 4 biggest windows. In that weather and being on the top floor made it exceeding hot and uncomfortable. Nice people though."
