Great communication with hotel staff before we even arrived.
Natasha made check in a breeze, made sure we didn’t have any questions and even arranged a taxi 🚕 to the airport.
Will definitely stay here again if/when we get back to the Canary Islands. "

"A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost).
Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned).
We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather."
