This hotel is walkable to just everything! Also, this hotel is easy accessible to UCSC if you see your kid there for a visit. Plus, there is a good quality coffee shop attached to the hotel, great coffee and food!

We had a great time and the staff were beyond great. Carpet in room was dirty but other than that the bathroom and beds were very clean and our experience was so good that we are going back for a Thanksgiving weekend

Extremely family-friendly and clean/maintained property. The staff was friendly and engaging and there was always someone available to assist with questions and requests. Super close to the beach and boardwalk with an added bonus of having a cute cafe there!

Beach view and stayed at first floor which is all a bonus cause it’s quick and easy. Only downside is there’s no microwave in the room and coffee maker doesn’t work. At the price these two basic should be always be there and available.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach, boardwalk, volleyball courts and the pier. The room was on the small side but very clean with a nice TV and small fridge. AC worked well and there plenty of hot water in the shower. Disappointed that I was charged $25 a night for parking and never told there would be a fee. I saw it in my email after check out.

Beautiful place. Rooms were very clean and common areas were as well. Pool was on the small side but perfect for us. Staff was helpful and lobby was also very nice. Cafe was a perfect bonus for early morning coffee! We loved this place!

Was a bit nervous booking here with a review I read. But we had an excellent experience, we were checked in, in less than 5 minutes, very close to the boardwalk and clean. We did get the balcony view and it was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

It was a bit small but nice and clean, I would have loved it if it was a more sq feet but since it was only 1 day, it was ok except maybe the toilet paper holder was fixed before hand since it would fall right into the garbage basket. I told the staff at front about when I checked out so hopefully they did and easy fix on it otherwise it was an ok and convenient stay…

Love the place close to santa cruz and the hotel is very nice. Very good for me and I love santa cruz boardwalk. They have 2 parking place under basement and the top ground. Parking charge not bad at all. I think it was $25 ... : )
