"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya. saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu. sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

"1. Para ser un hotel que se dice "de aeropuerto", me parece sorprendente que no haya room service 24 horas, o algún menú "básico" para la gente que llegamos en la noche. Me quedé sin cenar!!! 2. El chavo de la recepción muy serio, amable pero cortante. 3. El chófer de la transportación se enojó porque le dije que iba a tomar un vuelo internacional y no un nacional"

"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. "Stuff not helpful in my check in I asked to get check in earlier 1 hour but they refused and said only at 15:00 as long as I arrived and stayed 6 hours but asked several times to early check in but no way until one hour before official time refused as well They asked to charge me in 5 hours for early check in more than 100$ which means that room is available and rate was not fair because they knew that you are in need of this Breakfast also need to pay for omelet which is very poor from there...
