"This is our favorite pre-cruise hotel. Very clean, great location and staff are amazing, especially Dee at the front desk."

"The cleaning lady did not clean the room properly such as either no new shampoo, or did not clean the bathroom floor at all. The breakfast is ok, not have too many varieties. The building is new so the room has strong chemical smell. The front desk told us to turn on AC to hide the chemical smell."
