Our toilet clogged up twice and the bathroom outlet didn’t work at first. The restaurant and pool weren’t open for business yet which made it a little inconvenient since the website didn’t mention that. Hotel was nice though and the staff were helpful.

This property has gone downhill since the last time we were there (maybe 10 years ago). Needs major, expensive rehab. A/C in the first room didn't work at all. The engineer came quickly and agreed that the A/C was not working and said he would let the front desk know. No one from the desk ever called. I had to go back to the front desk where only one, very overworked staff member was on duty. He only wanted to help the next person in line rather than deal with me. Eventually moved to another room where it worked, but not that well. The property is just a bid "tired".

Value for money A resort fee for no resort was annoying. (Pool has been closed since Covid they said) I would stay here again though because it certainly beats some of those hotels on Cerrillos road many of which are not only far more expensive but surrounded by homeless drug addicts

Firstly, this hotel advertises its great views but we were given a dark room on the ground floor that looked into the parking lot. We had to keep the curtains closed to have any privacy. I wouldn't complain but that the hotel was not at all full and no effort was made to change our room location. Also, this property is in dire need of an update. It was clean but needs painting, drywall repair, sink and tub repaired or replaced, etc. The pool and hot tub were under repair and the staff made no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Some of the front desk staff were impolite, indifferent and disinterested in helping us with anything. When we told them we had coffee but no cups, there was no apology whatsoever. Overall, a bad experience. We would not go back.

My family stayed their on Christmas holidays and NO TV service at all each day we had to do nothing when in from the cold. Come summer we stayed again and web site said swimming pool and sauna. NOthing was working. When i asked about this after my kids where dressed to go swimming staff simply said you can find another place to stay!!! WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
