"B&B on huge comital estate down very long gravel drive (or lane) and restaurant is nearby. Delicious home-grown produce, fresh eggs and home-made pasta were served. Restaurant not open Monday and Tuesday but we were given a lovely snack on Tuesday we arrived. And as we were leaving we saw a baby owl in tree!"

"No words to describe this place and the people that runs it. Everything was perfect, the scenery, the food, the atmosphere...but most of all the feeling that you've been treated like family. Marco and Eleonora are simply the best one could ask: attentive, professional , caring. Me and my daughter were treated like one of their own and that feeling says more than a million words. "The owner was very attentive and quickly checked us in. The suite was clean, bright, had WIFI, TV, small fridge, and two fans. There was street parking around the back of the property. The entry into the building as well as stairs are not lighted, so it’s very dark and must be careful. "

In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "Savignione is a quaint and adorable town 20 minutes by car from Genoa. We spent 4 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the sweet mountain air and the friendliness of the people. Not only Claudia and her husband are wonderful, efficient, friendly, and multilingual, but they also run a tight ship. We felt so at home in this place.The place is a short walk from the town piazza where you can leave/park your car. There is a newly opened pizzeria and Mike’s taverna are great places for dinner. "
