I travel with my partner. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. It's right in the middle of La Punta and Playa Zicatela 15min walk to everything. We love our stay at casa Arkana.

Great little rooftop pool! Even though the hotel was full we never ran into anyone using the rooftop apart from us. Rooms simple but comfortable, aircon was amazing. 10 min walk to all restaurants and 1 min walk to the beach. Great stay!

Our experience at Case Arkana was disappointing. We were placed in a bottom-floor room with no windows, making it feel like a basement suite. On top of that, there were multiple issues with our room. Upon arrival, we discovered the lock on our only entrance—a sliding glass door—was broken. Initially, they expected us to stay in an unsecured room before reluctantly moving us, only to switch us back the next day once the lock was fixed. The bathroom door was also so squeaky it would wake the other person up, and while they did repair it, the lingering toxic smell from the fix made our room unbearable for days. Outside the room, constant construction noise disrupted any sense of relaxation. The pool started off clean, but by the end of the week, it was so murky you could barely see the bottom. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Está súper bien ubicado, a 7 minutos en cuatrimoto de la punta. Las habitaciones súper bien, con aire acondicionado y te limpian la habitación todos los días. La alberca igual está a gusto, un poco chica pero muy bien todo. Nos la pasamos súper bien y sin duda volveríamos!!!

Muy bonito hotel, ubicado un poco lejos de la zona de restaurantes y baes pero sin problema puedes caminar por la playa o el mismo staff te ayuda a pedir un taxi. Los cuartos están muy bien, mucha limpieza y aire acondicionado.
