"I stood here for 5 days and the staff was terrible. I got a weak a** greeting upon arrival, she just opened the door and rushed me up to my room. My first night there I noticed my balcony door would not close and so I expressed my concern on the matter. Instead of understanding and solving the issue/accommodating me, the lady (staff) decided to be sarcastic and snarky with me saying oh you’ll be fine with that for the night. Then my door key stopped working when I got back to the hotel one...
