One of the highlights was being able to take a limo boat directly from the dock out back such a seamless and unforgettable experience. Waking up each morning and stepping onto the balcony to those breathtaking lake views was something special. A big shoutout to Aziz at the bar, a true gem. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and added a personal touch that really stood out. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice. Highly recommend."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"

"Everything here was perfect. The room was very nice and modern, the staff was extremely sweet and helpful. Matteo and Ingrid were who we saw the most and they went above and beyond what we could ever expect. The complimentary breakfast every day was very, very good. It’s only a few minutes walk to the train which is a 5 minute train ride to Varenna. It was our favorite spot of the 5 places we stayed in Italy."
