The staff was perfect! Nice, clean bathrooms. The breakfast was good. The location is in the Centro so it is easily accessible. I definitely recommend this place.

God beliggenhed og praktisk rum

Billederne på nettet er bedre end virkeligheden fx. er der et "fodbad" i lobbyen, ikke en pool. Undrer mug til stadighed over angivelsen af "lufthavnstransport" hvilket de fleste gange betyder der kan ringes efter en taxa. Det har dog ikke noget med hotellets standard at gøre. Morgenmaden er god, personalet flink og hjælpsomt, rummet og sengen god. Hvis man ikke kan lide trapper er det ikke et sted at komme. Alle rum er oppe en eller flere stejle smalle trapper.

Bonito nas fotos, mas longe de ser hotel boutique

Na noite de chegada, os lençóis estavam sujos, ducha entupida e não saia água direito, além de sermos surpreendidas com uma barata. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de quarto, mas neste o frigobar não gelava, além da porta da ducha não fechar e quando ganhava pressão parecia que ia explodir da parede. Informei na recepção e, ao invés de nos esperarem sair do quarto, mandaram a manutenção pra ficar martelando na nossa cabeça. Café da manhã é super restrito- você não pode repetir nada, se não te cobrarão como prato extra!! Eles dizem que tem uma jacuzzi, mas está mais pra uma banheira velha e suja. O que salva é o pessoal que trabalha lá ( eles podiam ter um outro uniforme mais fresco, já que faz muito calor), que foram super amáveis!

Helt greit hotell, fin beliggenhet

Hotellet er helt greit, glassveggen på badet hadde nok ikke blitt vasket på ei stund ellers så virket det rent. Frokosten var god og betjeningen var imøtekommende og hyggelig. Det var ikke spesielt varmt vann i dusjen, noe som gjorde at jeg byttet hotell.

Nice city hotel

Nice, small city hotel in a very good location to the main beach avenue as well as to the downtown area with shops, restaurants and bars. Very modern boutique style, with very friendly reception employee's for check-in as well as for further support and questions, also good English speaking, no breakfast buffet but this seems to be normal for this area in Colombia as it happened also in other hotels, tax advantage is not forwarded to the traveler buy the book in portal But this has nothing to do with the good value and service of the hotel.

Excelente hotel

Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor. El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en el check in puesto que Expedia había habilitado como disponible la habitación que reservamos por lo que estaba ocupada al ingresar sin embargo Andrea en la recepción resolvió la situación de la mejor manera posible. El desayuno es delicioso. En cuanto a las instalaciones hay varios detalles que sería bueno arreglar, como esquinas sin pintar en la habitación. Hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras pues son muy empinadas, no cuentan con servicio de parqueadero pero hay varios cerca. Muy buena ubicación es a una cuadra del Parque de los novios.

Nice boutique hotel near the center

We really enjoyed this peaceful place! It was close to everything by walking distance. The sound of the wind and the trees is amazing! We stayed for a couple of nights and had a really good sleep. The staff is amazing. Loved that it was very quiet all the time. Highly recommend it if you are backpacking like we were.

mi ubicacion fue en el Hotel la Casa del Farol

hotel muy bien ubicado, pero es totalmente diferente de las fotografias que muestran, las instalaciones estan descuidadas, no hubo luz, por lo tanto para bañarnos tuvieron que subir un balde con agua, los aires estaban descompuestos. La verdad fue muy diferente lo que pague a lo que consegui, igual en general estuvo bien.
