"The front seat was very helpful checking me in. I needed a downstairs floor and they were able to accommodate me because I couldn’t walk up the stairs. They were able to switch my room, even though that they were sold out. Great job front desk."

"The hotel is very cozy and atmospheric. The restaurant is lovely with good food. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and good restaurants in the downtown are limited. There's not much to do in the town but Ventura and Ojai are both 15 miles away and make great day trips."
