"We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by. Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too. "I absolutely loved this property. It is definitely quiet luxury. The staff was professional and helpful. The amenities were of a true 4-5 star hotel. We absolutely loved being able to have access to the private beaches on the resort and the ability to take a dip in the Mediterranean and then go right in the pool was amazing. "Unfortunately someone entered our room while we were getting changed as they were given a key card thinking it was there room. This was a huge staff error and as soon it happened I went downstairs to talk to the staff who really didn’t understand the seriousness of the situation. We were two travelling females, getting changed & one of us pregnant. The staff said “don’t worry Girona is one of safest cities”. This wasn’t about Girona being safe but a staff mistake that wasn’t being taken serious....

"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good...

"The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome."
