"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

"The room was clean and spacious, but the A/C was very noisy and 2 pillows is not comfortable enough and I would recommend adding coffee to the package."

The a/c in the room we booked wasn’t cooling, so owner promptly upgraded us to a bigger and much cooler room. Much appreciated! The cafe, Raw & Juicy, on the property serves wonderful food, coffee, etc. We enjoyed our stay!"

"I did not like the big dog barking loudly in the hall early in the morning around 7 AM. Everything else was very clean, and the breakfast on Saturday morning was good. However, they only put together a grab-and-go option on Sunday morning since it was check-out day. The housekeepers were not friendly at all, but the front desk clerks, chefs, cooks, bartenders and guests were very friendly and nice. I will stay at this new hotel again and it's close to everything you really need."

"It’s a nice property. The particular unit we were in was nice, but there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. It made a terrible loud sound, so we didn’t get good sleep for two nights. I had to turn the air off so that it wouldn’t blow and make the loud sound. So basically we had to be hot, but I preferred that over the loud noise. After informing them, they came to fix it on our third day there, so we were able to sleep a lot better afterwards. The only other issue was the bed. We had...
