"Checked in late around 9pm and the manager informed the clerk that she upgraded us to a king parlor. Extremely nice to do so but it messed up our bedding arrangements. There were 3 of us the first night with another coming the next night. No one wanted to share a bed with another person! So that’s why I had originally booked the queen suite with the bunk beds. She gave away our room but was able to accommodate us the first night with all separate beds. She went above our expectations and gave us a full 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen awesome suite the rest of our stay. I think this was the best room in the hotel. Also comped our breakfast for 4 the whole stay. She was truly sorry for the inconvenience of us having to move rooms but I don’t know any other hotel management that would have done this much to compensate. Minor inconvenience but huge impression of this hotel management. Thanks. Will return again just because of your hospitality."
