"Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying."

"This was our second time to stay at this hotel. The first time we stayed you paid for parking when you checked in, now you have to use your phone and pay a third party for parking. I feel like parking should be included with the price of your stay at this facility. We only stay one night. The elevator is very slow and the AC was not working in the lobby area. Our room was clean and it got very cold in the evening time. We did enjoy siting on the balcony of our room. We were in 102 and there is a very loud unit or compressor probably for AC outside in the breezeway. Very loud. I thought it was a little pricey compared to other areas I stayed at on this trip (as we were headed to Disney World to meet grandchildren)."

"We loved the location. All rooms face the Gulf. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast selection alternates daily and offered a very nice selection. Air conditioner worked well, but was rather noisy. Not a dealbreaker. We plan to book that location again."

"We really enjoyed our stay! There was a nice breakfast in the mornings, everything was very clean and the staff nice. We went swimming in the pool every day and it was relaxing and enjoyable. The proximity to the beach makes it the best of both worlds and the white sand is absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Janay at the front desk was amazing ! I saw her get chewed out by a guest over something she had no control over. Her response was so kind and professional. She is a such a classy lady. I wish we had a million more Janays on this planet."
