"At check-in at 430pm the room was not ready until 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. Then we were given a room that only accommodated 2 persons and we booked it for 4 persons. Other guests were also having the same problem getting their rooms. Once we got the room everything was fine. The ice machine for the 3rd floor wasn't working, we saw them fixing it on the day we were leaving. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean and warm. The entrance to the beach was great and the property was well-maintained. Upon check-out I let them know that I was not going to pay for the parking, this was my bargaining chip for the inconvenience regarding the room, and they did so. I also received a coupon for a free pizza and VIP handbands for the other 4 properties to use their pools also, e.g the Hilton, which we didn't get a chance to use. The staff was very accommodating and helpful."
