"The hotel room was clean. The parking area and the area by the elevators wasn’t very clean. Lots of litter and trash around the shrubs and palm trees. The property overall has gone down. It looks very different in person from the photos online. Your room door is outside like a motel. We didn’t expect this. The location is great close to restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was wonderful. The lady Elizabet that does the breakfast is very friendly and hardworking. She goes above and beyond to welcome guests and to make their stay more comfortable. I’d stay there again because of the clean room, location, breakfast, and her welcoming personality."

"My room was clean, housekeeping was friendly and on top of things every morning. Front desk helped me when I had requests. For example- I was billed for 7 days of parking yet I didn’t rent a car on this stay. Front desk removed it upon advising them. Breakfast served every day on time, just wish they had a better menu - maybe add pancakes especially for the kids. Belgium waffles were not good - tasted like eating stale bread. Eggs and sausage served everyday. Pool was nice, but needed to be sandblasted and repainted due to green mold. Lovely ambience throughout the hotel. Love the beach being so close. Just hated the rental prices for umbrellas/chairs being costly each day. $70 for 2 loungers and umbrella is steep over a 7 day stay. I was under the impression it was included with your stay when I booked. Wi-Fi was terrible inside the room. Service kept dropping, had to go on the balcony and connect to an outside network. Restaurants downstairs close early in my eyes. No exceptions. Wish they stayed open just an extra hour. Food was descent - their rib eye was good."
