This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe. The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries.

Lovely hotel in a spectacular location. Convenient to all touring. Very comfortable rooms and facilities. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast also was very good. Staff very helpful.

Location suggestiva sulle colline di Alba

Location fantastica: un castello in cima alla collina di Santa Vittoria, tra Bra e Alba. Le camere sono ben arredate, ma peccano di insonorizzazione. Pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima e variegata, il risostorante è stata una bella sorpresa: la scelta della cena scaglionata è lodevole per accontentare anche chi arriva in ritardo, ma allo stesso tempo rende poco godibile la rilassatezza del momento. Un 4 stelle di ottimo livello comunque.

Un endroit exceptionnel par sa vue, son paysage, le personnel tout autant professionnel que bienveillant, tout cela dans un très beau Castello. Dommage que le restaurant était fermé la semaine de notre séjour, nous aurions tant aimé y dîner. Petit bémol : bien trop peu de chaises longues pour accueillir le nombre de clients autour de la piscine.

perfektes Hotel, um Stadt und Land der Langhe zu e

Das alte Castello ist sensationell auf einem Hügel gelegen, wunderbare Aussicht, absolut ruhig, nicht weit bis zu den Städten Alba und Bra. Das Haus ist gut renoviert, es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Restraurant und das Personal ist top.

Dejligt værelse med altan, god morgenmadsbuffet, dejligt pool område. I det hele taget et dejligt sted. MEN - WIFI på værelset fungerede ikke. Der var dårlig forbindelse, og faldt konstant ud.

Magnifique hôtel et magnifique cadre. Personnel aux petits soins. Literie un peu dure, petit déjeuner copieux. Vue incroyable. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas mais la piscine est parfaite. Hors saison il y a peu de monde, pour notre plus grand plaisir. De nombreux restaurants de qualité dans les environs. Séjour de repos calme et bucolique

Perché au sommet d’une colline, l’hôtel avec sa magnifique tour médiévale et le clocher non loin offre un lieu de détente authentique et reposant. Le lieu est idéal pour découvrir les villages voisins, qui sont pour la plupart à quelques minutes en voiture (C’est un atout pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge qui ne peuvent pas se permettre de faire 1h30 de trajet pour aller visiter un ou deux villages). Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. La suite pour une famille de 4 personnes était spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle.

Extremt bra men med ett minus

Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse på hotellet. Hotellet är väldigt mysigt och har väldig trevlig personal med bra service. Vi fick snabbt bra hjälp med våra frågor om besök på vingårdar och hjälp med bokning med mera. Rummen är väldigt bra och vårt rum hade fantastisk utsikt. Det ända som är väldigt negativt är att hotellets resturang har väldiga problem med stora getingar som kommer in och terroriserar restaurangens gäster. Vi fick en av två middagar närapå förstörda eftersom vi satt spända över när getingen skulle landa på vårt bord. Synd att personalen inte riktigt förstod direkt att man som gäst blir väldigt obekväm och att det faktiskt är viktigare att känna sig trygg än att få sin mat två minuter tidigare. Detta måste dom göra något åt snabbare framåt. Hoppas min recension hjälper och att de på allvar tar tag i problemet direkt.
