Hotel murah di Santander de Quilichao

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. "

"We had a wonderful experience at the NH hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Our room was spotless and very well-maintained, with excellent daily housekeeping service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety of food to choose from. The breakfast staff was also very professional, attentive, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would...

"Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!"

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist"

"The first day we got there to shower didn’t work did not drain. Bathroom got flooded. Breakfast is sad for Colombian hotel. It’s very sad. There are a few options out of coffee went out of milk not a good experience. The gym is a joke. The rooms are clean with plenty of room overall look for a better option even if you pay more."

"Excelente servicio"

"Was amazing. Very friendly and 5 star No spa Gym was weak Pool was like a fountain and not really one I would swim in. Value was definitely overpriced for what I paid. Rest was awful. Morning breakfast we 2 stars of 5 Would not recommend this place to travelers looking for peace and quiet. The crickets outside were so loud I could not get any rest or sleep peacefully. So annoying. Tv had no service and their sound system iPad was 10 years old and barely worked. Place needs a...

"⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...

"No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. "

"Property was nicely kept. However the water didn’t get that hot."
