Hotel Golf di Santee

"When making the reservation I specifically requested a room with no perfume or fragrances. We had to check 3 different rooms before I could find one that had minimum amounts of fragrances. I then had to wipe down everything to get rid of the rest of the fragrances. The air conditioning trickled out air. Two of the rooms didn't even have working air-conditioning. Older Hotel but quaint. "

"The restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. The golf course was really nice. We loved the Pickelball courts."

"The manager in the office , her name was stephanie, she lied and said that I damaged towel and that I stole towels, and I told her I gave it to the maintenance lady and she said she don't have proof when I told her to them. And she charged me $75 out of my $100 deposit and I don't find that right. Someone needs to get on"

"The property was/is being refurbished and the registration and front desk are completely closed. There was no clear signage telling us where to go to check in. We circled the building 3 times then parked and called the front desk. Got put on permahold but eventually got told where to go to check in. Then the check in process was painfully slow although the staff were very kind and doing best they could. I suggest a banner or two pointing people to temporarily check in area as well information...
