I’ll be completely honest, understanding the true value of this “hotel.” If you’re visiting San Diego, don’t stay here! It’s meant for down and out people and extended stays. Which is fine, but the walls are paper thin, the beds and rooms are low budget. The landscaping is already overgrown with weeds and in 6 months it won’t look nice any longer. For an extended stay hotel it’s great, perfect location and a safe place to stay.

I appreciated the quick check-in, also the welcoming and friendly staff.I think the location is convenient to hwy 52 & hwy 125.My room was extremely clean.The property appeared clean ,well landscape, and well lit at night. Quiet and Safe .Ill stay here again.

Really clean rooms but beds and pillows aren’t that comfy- don’t think fluffy pillow top mattress, Think more of a dorm room mattress. It’s not terrible but it’s not great. Good enough for a short stay. The pillows are also pretty flat so you’ll need more than one. The front desk people were great. They were very sweet and responsive and the rooms are clean. The property is also dog-friendly so if you’re traveling with your fur babies, you will be welcomed here. 4/5

Room was clean and service was fantastic. Only thing was that the battery went bad from the smoke detector and started beeping at 130am I called front desk and staff was friendly and brought me a battery quickly but that battery also wasn’t good and the smoke detector beeped all night the only thing staff can do was give us new batteries but that didn’t work.

Staff was friendly polite respectful and to themselves meaning they weren't all up your you know what lol. Place is new so we had the chance to experience a hotel stay with all new appliances and what not. Although the bed was not that comfortable. The metal frame was not leveled so it was a noisy. The mattress not only was it uncomfortable and bad for my back it also would start slidding off once you'd sit on it. That's pretty much everything.
