Hotel Capital Bellet
Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. ...
