This place is my favorite place to stay when in Santiago. The staff here is excellent. I dont speak Spanish very well (some say not at all), but they were able to make me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure i was well taken care of. This property is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the town square which is always busy. I will definitely stay here when i return in a few months. I was impressed from the time i checked in, to my check out.

Not really what you see in the pictures.

The pool is heated therefore it was pretty cold since it is not even an open area that has sun light. They offer a breakfast for 18 usd. However you can have an amazing breakfast in a coffee shop just 20 meters away for only 5 dollars.

Located was great and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety, including healthy choices. However, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, with the door hitting the toilet, and it flooded during showers. Their advertised on-site PARKING IS MISLEADING since they DO NOT HAVE ANY PARKING on site; It is SCAMMING of the guests where we were notified just 2 days before check-in that their parking spots were full so we can choose parking (they listed) under "optional extras" forcing us to pay $10/day for a garage across the street which in reality they own and operate.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the NH Santiago del Estero! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was the front desk assisting me or the restaurant staff ensuring a great dining experience, every interaction was top-notch. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering modern and comfortable rooms equipped with all the amenities one could need. The indoor pool and fitness center were fantastic additions, making relaxation and wellness easy to incorporate into my stay. Plus, the location is perfect—right in the heart of Santiago del Estero, close to key landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. The on-site restaurant and bar also provided excellent meals and a great atmosphere. Overall, the NH Santiago del Estero delivers an exceptional experience, combining luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is ageing. The rooms have been renovated and look okay, but the common areas of the hotel are dated and tired. In addition, the restaurant is ridiculously expensive with respect to anything else in the city.

Me dijeron que gastaría, 160.000 pesos y en el hotel me cobraron 240.000, funcionaba un solo ascensor, pedí cuarto con cama de dos (2) plazas y me entregaron un cuarto con dos camas separadas, la TV no tenía para ver partidos de AFA en vivo.desagradable NO VUELVO JAMÁS

Para ser un Hotel de 4*,hay ciertos aspectos que difieren de otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Los productos de cortesía de bienvenida en la habitación deberían repetirse todos los días de estadía. No debería cobrarse por aparte los servicios de estacionamiento y desayuno (lucrar de ésa forma). El frigobar no está muy surtido ni variado, entre otros detalles

Hotel is best wel oké - heeft alle modaliteiten van een klassiek NH (business) hotel, midden in de stad. We hadden een kamer met zicht op het centrale plein. Als je met de auto bent, weet dan dat er heel weinig plek is voor in/uitladen EN dat er geen parking aan het hotel is. Dat bleek nog een uitdaging te zijn - een parkeerplek vinden zo midden in de stad
