"When we arrived after 9:00 PM, the reception was already closed, and the security guard appeared frustrated with our late arrival. He did provide us with our room key and escorted us to the room.
Upon entering, we discovered that the air conditioning unit had leaked condensation, flooding around the bed in the room. We immediately notified the security guard and showed him the issue. The AC unit was serviced the following day; however, in the meantime, we had to use our bath towels to clean up...
